Student Housing Market Evolving Into Institutional Asset Class

According to NAIOP’s Development Magazine, the Student Housing Market is maturing into an institutionally acceptable asset class. A large population of young adults, and an underinvestment in on-campus housing have creating a housing shortage for college students in many markets.
